Spacious 3-Floor Home in Amantea's Historic Centre | Perfect for Families, Couples & Remote Workers

Spread across three private floors with your own entrance, this renovated Calabrian townhouse gives you room to relax, cook, work, and explore all from the center of Amantea.

Main Floor: Kitchen & Living
A fully operational kitchen with everything you need to cook like a local. Shop the morning markets, bring home fresh Calabrian produce, and prepare meals at your own pace. The dining table seats 6–8 comfortably. You’ll also find a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. A 10 kg washing machine is available here; perfect for longer stays.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom
A spacious bedroom with a queen-size (matrimonial) bed, ample wardrobe and storage furniture, air conditioning and heating, and a large full bathroom with a stand-up shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

Third Floor (Attic): Workspace & Flex Sleeping
Ideal for remote workers or families needing extra space. This floor features a dedicated desk, Smart TV, air conditioning and heating, and a full bathroom. Sleeping options include a pull-out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress and an ottoman that converts into a single bed with its own memory foam mattress.

You have the entire 3-floor home to yourselves with a private entrance. The property is located in the same historic building as our ground-floor studio, but your unit is completely independent with its own front door.

For Remote Workers: High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. The third-floor workspace is a quiet, private spot for video calls and focused work.

For Families & Groups: Three full bathrooms across three floors means no morning queues. The full kitchen saves on dining costs — and Calabria has some of Italy’s best fresh markets. The washing machine handles 10 kg loads for those extended stays.

Please take the time to familiarize yourself with this fully renovated, historic property and all amenities and inclusions to render your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use from day one — fridge, gas cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, cutlery, and everything in between. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or cooking a proper Calabrian feast, you have everything you need.

A washing machine and drying rack are also available, making the home a practical base for longer stays.

To keep things tidy, the home is stocked with all the basics — cleaning supplies, mop, broom, dustpan, sponges, dishrags, trash bags, and laundry soap. Everything is there so you can feel at home without having to run out for anything.

The main living area is built for comfort and flexibility — a solid wooden dining table with 6 chairs for shared meals, a sofa that opens into a full-size matrimonial bed when you need the extra sleeping space, and not one but two Smart TVs loaded with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV, YouTube, and a web browser for those well-earned evenings in.

The master bedroom features a full-size matrimonial bed with night tables and lamps, a desk and chair, dressers, and a large modern armoire — everything you need to feel properly settled in.

The bed is made up and ready for your arrival with fresh linens, extra pillows, and extra blankets for cooler nights.

A note on bed linens: Please do not put bed linens in the washing machine. If you need a fresh set during your stay, our laundry service is available at €5 per bed set — just reach out and we’ll handle it.

Each bathroom is equipped with a stand-up shower, toilet, sink, and bidet, and stocked with hand, face, and bath towels, toilet paper, shower gel, and hand soap — everything you need from the moment you arrive.

A note on towels: Please do not put towels in the washing machine. If you need fresh towels during your stay, we offer a convenient laundry service — €5 per set for up to 2 guests, or €10 for up to 4 guests. Just let us know and we’ll take care of it.

Every floor has its own outdoor space — balconies on the first and second floors for your morning coffee, and a private rooftop terrace on the third floor where the views of Amantea are all yours.

To get you started, the home is stocked with water, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and locally sourced olive oil — a small taste of Calabria before you’ve even unpacked.

Throughout all three floors you’ll find high-speed fibre WiFi, Smart TVs with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV, YouTube, and a web browser, plus full climate control (air conditioning, heating, and dehumidifier) on every level. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater.

A note on the climate: Thanks to the home’s traditional stone and cement construction, the interior stays naturally cool — between 20–23°C year-round — so you may find you need less AC than expected. During summer months we recommend using the Dry (dehumidifier) setting, as running full cooling can sometimes cause the unit to shut off completely. In winter, feel free to use the heat to whatever level keeps you comfortable.
