Renovations include an exceptionally finished and modern interior… Tastefully decorated, this spacious (35sq.m) ground-floor studio apartment also features a full-size matrimonial bed, night tables & lamps, large armoire, fridge, cabinet to store plates and utensils and a ‘’Lavazza Modo Mio’’ coffee maker.
Although this studio apartment does not have a stove top kitchen to prepare home cooked meals… it does have the necessary table, benches, kitchenware and fridge to enjoy Amantea’s excellent and affordable take home meals.
Modern amenities for your comfort such as high-speed fibre WIFI, Smart TV, (pre loaded with Netflix, Prime, Disney Apple, You Tube etc.… and a remote-control ceiling fan. Although this studio apartment stays naturally cool (due to the thick stone and cement construction), Air Conditioning is scheduled for installation this coming fall.
The bathroom is also fully renovated and features a shower, WC, bidet, and pedestal sink.
